工作內容
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
1.日常儀器維護和維修工作。
2.在客戶便利時安裝儀器,確保依據說明書實現所有功能。
3.協同工程部,客戶服務及其他人員解決問題,加快維修進度。
4.維護服務報告記錄。
5.通過現場調查,工程變化和整體產品知識創造服務手冊和報告。
6. 對員工,客戶及經銷商進行安全操作儀器的培訓和技巧的展示。
7. 零配件的管理。
8. 透過澄清客戶的詢問與投訴,與客戶互動以解決產品或服務之問題。
9.與各BA之全球服務中心匯報及溝通問題,以確認問題原因、加快更正或調整,及後續追蹤以確認必要之糾正措施的決定和執行。

2. IT資訊人員(醫療診斷儀器)
工作內容
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
1.Carries out day to day routine IT Repair, Application and Maintenance instrument work.
2. Conducts pre-installation checks at customer’s facility and provides recommendations to ensure installed IT system and related equipment is able to function according to claims andfunctionality.
3. Installs IT system and related equipment at customer's facility to ensure full functionality according to specifications.
4. Coordinates problem resolution with application and engineering, customer service, and other personnel to expedite repairs.
5. Maintains records of performance reports.
6. Develops and conducts training on the safe operations of the IT system / equipment and demonstrates skills to trainees, including team members, customers as well as distributors.
7. Solve application / product / cobas IT problems promptly and completely.
8. Management of IT equipment, systems and related 3th party service contracts.
9. Conduct IT service training to team members to improve the skill level.
10. Interact with customers to resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's inquiry and complaints.
11. Reporting and communicating problems with global service center of respective BA to determine the cause of the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution and execution of required corrective actions.
12. Be able to perform as a field-force at clients' side, such as hospitals or laboratories.
Education :
Minimum qualification required is diploma in Information Science, Computer Science, and Medical Technology.
Specific Knowledge & Skills :
1. Able to handle computer/server Operating System such as SQL server, Win server or related database software.
2. Basic computer hardware knowledge, error identification and service skill.
3. Basic Internet knowledge and configuration skill.
4. Software programing is a plus
5. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
6. Must be able to work in a high stress and demanding team environment and exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Be able to communicate directly with colleagues abroad in English perferred.
8. Interested in hands-on technical role in troubleshotting and travelling in different clients' sides.
9. Experience in Healthcare System Technology or Hospital Information Systems preferred.
